What maic.me and Maicon's Google sign-in app collect about you. The short answer: almost nothing.

Who runs this site

Maicon Moreira runs maic.me. It is his personal site: a profile, a resume, a blog and small experiments. It shows no ads and sells nothing.

What the site collects

The experiments run in your browser. What you type, draw or play in them stays on your device, and there is no account to make. The site keeps a few settings in your browser, such as light or dark, and they never leave it.

The online games send your moves through the site's game server, so the other player sees them. A room keeps nothing after the game ends.

Hosting and visit counts

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host, it sees the requests your browser makes, such as your IP address and browser, and keeps its own logs under the Cloudflare privacy policy.

The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Maicon sees only totals, such as how many visits a page had.

Google sign-in

Maicon has a Google sign-in app named “Maicon”. Only Maicon signs in with it: his own tools use it to keep backups of his own files in his own Google Drive. No one else uses it. It collects no data about anyone else, and nothing it reads is shared with or sold to anyone.

Its use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
